Rolf Deusinger

Rolf Deusinger has over 40 years of experience working with global businesses, focusing on strategic organizational development, talent management, leading change, and enhancing performance and capability.

A native of Germany, Rolf has lived in Germany, the United States, Austria, and the United Kingdom. He spent much of his career in senior international leadership roles in Human Resources at companies like PepsiCo, ICI Plc, and KKR. These global roles provided him with diverse market, industry, and regional insights, including exposure to both mature markets and rapidly developing markets in Eastern Europe and Asia.

Rolf’s consulting interest, specializes in leadership transformation projects. His focus is on Talent and Performance Development for executive and senior management levels and improving related HR structures and processes. Key projects include managing senior leadership assessments, individual coaching and development planning, and designing and implementing performance management schemes, incentive plans, talent management, and succession planning processes. He also leads leadership training programs, external talent mapping exercises, and supports the development of comprehensive People Strategies and HR Operating Models.
Rolf has been a member of the global Bioss consulting network since 2010. He holds a degree in ‘Diplom-Kaufmann’ from the University of Mannheim.
