Rolf leads Anker Bioss in Central Europe from Frankfurt, drawing on more than forty years in strategic organizational development and senior HR leadership. His earlier career includes senior HR roles at PepsiCo, ICI, and KKR, giving him deep experience across mature and emerging markets and across ownership structures.
He advises boards and executive teams on leadership transformation, succession, and the design of HR operating models that support rather than obstruct decision-making. His practice is grounded in careful diagnosis of the role, the work, and the person before any recommendation is made.
Rolf holds a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Mannheim and has been a member of the Bioss network since 2010.
